rebellions have gone up skyhigh. a country that has 10 slaves, welfare of 200 and 100 corps will face 2-3 rebel attacks each month. and that is without any additional civil unrest
all private corps included...
with efficency, quality upgrades priced as they are, more rebel attacks, civil unrest, loans at 12%, etc., my economy is heading towards bottom without drastic changes.
cymru, i really woudnt want to be in your shoes now. all the work for what? i guess multis will start poping out like mushrooms after rain...

I have 4 CEO accounts and many corps are built in the Cymru and Pawnking countries.
I have lost approx 20 corps already.
It seemed a generous offer from those countries at the time to build there, its going to make them pay more attention to the welfare, health and education in conquered countries

I don't see why having really high health, education, transportation, or social security should cause unrest... I mean those things make people happy.
I can see that they're trying to keep people from going to extremes with them but that should hurt them monetary but not like this. It why is it based of the fincial index at all? It doesn't really matter how much money a country makes, people don't care about that enough to go around blowing stuff up. It should be based off the welfare index if the people are unhappy. I bet if the USA was put into this game it would have a very low finical index because it loses lots of money a year.
And targeting private corporations? WTH is that, do you people want CEOs to avoid playing with human countries?
This is going to cause far to many terrorist attacks with no way to stop them.
These changes are TERRIBLE, just TERRIBLE.

Holy crap, I've already had 11 attacks and they've destroyed 2 companies in just 2 game months, and I only have 106 corporations.
At this rate I'll have nothing left in under 2 real life weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why am I being punished for trying to build companies in human countries? Which I had to do because of your insane penalties with companies that have high market value!!! Which result from building in C3s.
You guys have royal fucked this game up.

Rebellions are hitting private corporations but rates will be LOWER per country.
Let's have a look at it another day.
I will be back tomorrow for more reactions.
Civil unrest will be limited to extreme cases where a player tries to achieve a very high score with high education etc while he is not able to pay for it. You will hardly see it taking place.
Some people just do not care for high cost.

my main country is immune to rebels
1 out of six main countries no rebel attacks (125 welfare), strange
other 5 lost 3 corps each in two months (125 welfare), some more damaged
4 pop slaves i dont know as they have been already derreged, but probably even higher as welfare was only around 70
so with 10 slave countries i lost 25-30 corps in two months and some more are damaged.
i think it is a cause for concern...

Your right civil unrest won't be common... I was just saying it was kind of odd that the people would be bombing factories because their health care was too good ;)
But more importantly it doesn't seem like CEOs are getting hitting at lower rates when 10% of my companies were attacked in only 2 months.
In the country now called 'Gone21' I had 2 companies; both were hit in the same month.
In 'Cymru Bach' 2 of my 5 companies were attacked and 1 was destroyed.
In the country now called 'Gone11' I had 2 companies, both were attacked and one was destroyed.
Luckily the owner of a lot of the countries where I had built dumped a huge part of his empire because if he hadnít I would have been basically gone in only 2 weeksÖ but now Iíve still got to find new human controlled homes for all of my old companies and Iím still going to be hit while and after I move so I still foresee a lot of pain from this.
One of my biggest beefs is how come no warning that this was going to happen was given? I mean this is a huge change and you just spring it on us? There is no way you can expect people to change those indexes over night and people are going to end up with huge destruction and us poor CEOs are going to get dragged along for the ride...
Couldn't you at least make it CEO companies can't be destroyed by this, just damaged, then I wouldn't mind as much (still won't like it though :P)
If you really want to reward/punish people for running good/crappy countries couldn't you have welfare tie in to production output or something... this is just too much IMO

Rebels are destroying my countries, ive gone from about 90 corps to 66 in one country and all my countries are the same, just constantly being hit by rebels. I dont even bother building corps in my other countries anymore. Whats ironic now is you get rebels if you dont pay high social sercurity but the rebels are always destroying my corps lowering my employment index making it stupid that i have to pay high social sercurity.
