We have read many of the comments on the BB and mails we receive and are adding some new featurs.
This text will be on the Game news on all worlds next week.

There will be a military intelligence service that will allow countries to spy on other countries. They will be able to collect information on army locations, approximate number of weapons in some locations etc.

The information will be stored per country and federation members will have access to the info of all members.

The radar plane based full information as it is now, will be reduced and will disappear as the intelligence system is implemented.

Countries will be able to look for sources of information, and find countries that have the info they need and exchange information.

We are also adding the capability of countries to setup and support terror organization and enable them to act against other countries. They will also be able to fight terror organizations and the military intelligence organization will be used to find out, with help of others, who supports these terror organizations and try to eliminate them.

We are also in the process of improving the structure of corporations and one of the new features will be Research and development. The specific research asset of corporations can be built in cooperation with other similar corporations.

Economic spying will be introduced, and countries and enterprises will try to get the R&D knowledge built by competitors. High R&D levels will allow corporations to upgrade very quickly or produce with lower quantities of materials.
Such corporations may become extremely profitable.

Another feature involves the reintroduction of migration with more information on the numbers of migrants, the cost involved in accepting and assimilation of migrants and the policy of individual countries allowing their entry or trying to close their borders.

The new rebellion and civil unrest features will be the first to be introduced into the game. This feature will be included in the next upgrade coming Monday. The feature will be extended with a police force later in the process.

Recent changes to the game included the increase in size of many corporations. This was announced several times on the BB and is being executed in small steps, each including several products.

The procedure is intended to achieve two objectives. First, we are trying to reduce the number of corporations per country and per world. With the growth of the population in the worlds, the number of corporations is too high. A smaller number will make it possible to maintain good performance.

The second objective is to improve the profitability of corporations that are not upgraded. Many are now making losses, see their market values decline and do not contribute to fast economic growth. We would like to see growth accelerated and we would like to see shortages on the market being reduced.

Jozi,

1. On Intelligence, will Peaceful Countries have Intelligence Services so as to allow them to do economic espionage?

If not, will we be invulnerable to economic espionage?

2. I look forward to more Migration and border controls.

The CZCP plans to have a liberal immigration policy to increase the workforce.

All countries should have intelligence services regardless of whether or not they are peaceful, they can be used to counter economic spying.

Would CEOs be able to make use of this source of information?

UF,

Thank you: I was the one to suggest terror support on the bb. :)

All these suggestions came from the BB.
Execution will depend on technical issues and we will inform you later.

All countries and enterprises will have intelligence capabilities. Peaceful countries too.

Here's another idea on Strategic Stockpiling.

A country can only Direct Sell to another country; why not to a corporation? That would keep production lines running with scarce materials.

Just had a brainstorm for an idea on Transportation.

Am I the only President who has ever wondered, for all that I'm spending on Roads, why I don't have one where a need looks obvious on my map? (Probably not.)

My idea is for a President to be able to order a main road or highway between two given locations in his country. You could request it under Transportation, the game would give you the distance and price, and you could order based on that estimate. (Having to pay higher for Roads would be the proverbial government cost overrun.)

Could WC3 code it?
