I wonder if it'll cost extra if I transfer a second country from FB on this account?

Yes, it will. When you transfer in a new country you have to make a spereate account. However once transfered you can conquer that particular country with your main account and only have to pay 1 GC for both the following month.

Hi. I did not know that you could “attack yourself” to assimilate other owned Countries into your main account. Isn’t that contrary to protocols of fair play? If Jozi could offer some “Game God” insight into this discussion, I’m sure there are hundreds of players who would be interested in the clarification. Thank you. J

Recently when I try declare on myself to test weapons, it won't let me. It may only be because they're both in the same account, or maybe the rules have changed.

If the rules have changed, then I'd be surprised because I have gradually lost confidence that Jozi cares anything about "fair play".

You cannot attack countries owned in the same account. This has been impossbile for , hmmn, a year and a few months? something like that.

Assimilating countries in multiple accounts is still possible. It was used by many of the larger currently dominant empires (eg, stardust, hand of god, chinese intrigue, myself) to bring in massively develpoed countries from other worlds.
