United Republics of Andor

ehhh. I started with the Psych Corp back in 01 on White Giant and then changed that to The Covenant Industrial Finance Corp...when I became bored with that (mostly due to a rule change W3C hit us with sometime early last year) I thought I would try my hand at running a country.
The United Repulics of Andor is about a year old and seems to be doing well. I've not fought any wars and tend to stay quiet but I check things all the time so you might see me around.

Land of Lorien

I started in Golden Rainbow when it first opened up. I built up Land of Lorien into a fine country and placed first several times, routinely being #1 in assets and #2 in military ranking.

I was very active with the UNK and TGDF federations and acted as chairman for UNK.
Federation policy was very simple when I was chairman:

1. Don't mess with active players unless they mess with others first.

2. Always choose a peaceful, honourable resolution to the conflict rather than a military one, if given a choice.

3. If forced, fight like crazy to defend one's allies and those who couldn't yet defend themselves from predators (until the predators changed their behaviour).

4. Anyone who wants to support the above policies was welcomed in UNK once they got their country up and running.

Then, work-related travel got in the way and I couldn't keep up with the game, given intermittent internet access.

I had very amicable relations even with sworn enemies of the peace. (In fact, they've been very helpful in getting my new country up and running more quickly!)

Even having changed control several times lately, my old homeland, now named GWA5, is still ranked #14 on the asset list! If it didn't have such a military-heavy corporation list, and it's original corporations hadn't been blown to bits after I left the game, it might still be #1.

I started on White Giant about 2017 I think. Therefore you can see I joined Simcountry very early :)
(Un-) Luckily I chose Lacerta as my starting region and not much happened for a while, aside from me getting a small 4mill country up to 10million and acquiring some slaves, grouped around my main country as a protective screen. About that time I talked my flatmate Amiata aka Torsten into joining the game and we made our own alliance -MoN- because there was none on Lacerta (MoN= Middle of Nowhere *g*). Since that time Amiata has made a very annoying habit in playing better than me :)
After that MoN became UN chapter and somewhat left UN later when most old-timers of UN left SC after some conflict with Monopoland, i think. The we had a conflict with -then number one- Shion and survived, one with some fed who had strange countries named Fully something and Completly something and so on, but that war was a dud after w took our objective and in the process shot down pretty much all their fed´s aircraft accidentally. (Fed defense was a new concept for us *lol*). Oh, and then there was this guy "Tyr" which everyone seemed to hate but I got pretty much ok alonh with, aside from his moralizing speeches on the BB. After that we Allied with peacecraft South Virginia Bella, mainly because Duluth seemed a pretty ok guy. Sadly Duluth left after our war with HR, and PCSVB became a wreck (imho) and MoN was alone again. And suddenly *warp* we end up here. :)
Strange transition, though. On WG we were the bosses in our little part of the world and consistently in the top 15 rankings, but seldomly spoke out on the forums (With the notable exception of the poo-flinging contest in my dizzing-lounge thread *fg*). But here...
We´ll see about that...
