This is just this month.
Total income: 194,055.78M $E
Total cost: 49,456.94M $E
Government index -7.6
Just wondering how that's possible, since this is the description of what gov't index is supposed to measure:
The government index is a measure of how much of the total production in the country is spent by the government. The more the government spends, the lower this index but with a strong economy, the percentage of the government spending will be reduced and the index will climb.

But my total spending is about 1/4 of my earnings. Last time I checked, military spending is always less than total spending. Of course, given the arithmetic used in this game...but still, I haven't spent that much on military over the past few months. My gov't index was stable around 80 before it suddenly dropped a couple months ago. Go figure.
