The Emperors Hand is seeking partnerships with friendly countries willing to provide a good enviroment for private investment leading to mutual profit. Tax rates of 60-70% are a prior necessity before the Emperor will consider the allocation Imperial funds. Thank you.

Why do you seek nations with such high tax rates, milord? The nation of Aminia, in trying to forge a strong capitalist economy from scratch, has lowered corporate taxes to 15%. Not to mention that there are but three private companies now in the nation, and you could easily be the dominant economic force within the country as I am very open to development. As an added bonus, try your hand at the challenge of raising our unemployment from its abominable 65%.

Yes, I am a new president and taxes are much lower than that in my country. We have a huge unemployment problem, so new CEOs in our country would be very welcome.
