| Water Treatment Index | | The water treatment index is one of the three components of the transportation index. The water treatment index depends on the total number of water treatment installations in the country and the number needed. If the number needed is equal to the number of existing installations, the water treatment index will move gradually to 100.
The transportation index tends to move in the direction of the lower of the three partial indexes: the road index, the railroad index and the water treatment index.
It does not make sense to increase only one of the three components because the transportation index will remain similar to the lowest of the three.
Increasing the water treatment index is easy: just build new water treatment installations and the index will increase. |

You can request the construction to start, even with a shortage of workers. You are advised not to start the construction of corporations if workers are not available. It can cause movements and reduction of production in many other corporations. |
| Workers Available for Resource | | This is the number of workers in the country who are employed but will be used to create the relief resources. The creation of relief resources is considered high priority and the process will use whatever is needed. |
| Workers Needed | | This is the number of workers needed in each category to operate the facility. The required number will allow the facility to function at 100% of capacity. If workers are not available, construction is possible but the production level may be limited . |
| World Currency | | The world currency is the Dolleuro. In many places in the game we use $E to show amounts of money. We also use $ in some places but the intention is the same. All countries are using the same currency. |
| World Market | | The world market is the place where all good are automatically offered for sale and where most goods are ordered and traded. Some goods are traded on the local and common markets but everything that is sold or bought outside any contracts is traded on the World market. The market is based on demand and supply and prices are fluctuating. Prices also depend on the quality of the products and on the urgency to deliver. Immediate orders can be placed that are traded immediately if the product is available. If products are not available, immediate trades are executed with high priority during normal trading. Immediate trades are executed at a higher price. |
