Road Index | The road index is one of the three components of the transportation index. The road index depends on the total length of roads in the country and the length of roads needed. If the length needed is equal to the length of the existing roads, the road index will move gradually to 100. The transportation index tends to move in the direction of the lower of the three partial indexes: the road index, the railroad index and the water treatment index. It does not make sense to increase only one of the three components because the transportation index will remain similar to the lowest of the three. Increasing the road index is easy: just build new roads and the index will increase.
Roads | Changing the percentage will not remove any roads in your country. It will only influence the percentage of the roads that will be shown on the map.
Roads Network Size | This is the total length of the road system in the country. It includes highways, main roads and smaller, local roads.
rulesdoc | Documentation - Game Basics
Salaries Paid | This is the total amount of salaries paid this month. It depends on the number of workers and on the levels of salaries. Each corporation has a different salary level and countries tend to pay government workers salaries that are at about the average level of salaries in the corporations in the country.
Salary | This shows the average level of salaries paid to all the categories of workers. Depending on the success of the corporation salary levels can be changed. Salary changes can be automatic or manual.
Sale Strategy | This part is about deciding on a sale strategy for all the corporations you control in one single setting. The sale strategy is important because it has a major influence on your capacity to sell the products that are produced by your corporations and receive a reasonable price. Setting the sale strategy for all the corporations does not mean that the setting will be the same for all but rather, the setting may be different but the method used to decide on it in each corporation, is the same.
scBoycottCon | @conCount@ members voted against it.
scBoycottNuclearFacilities | The country and its corporations cannot trade Uranium and Plutonium.
scBoycottNuclearWeapons | The country and its corporations cannot trade nuclear weapons.

School Children | This is the group of children aged 4 to 12. They go to school for 8 years. Nearly all of these kids will later go to high school.
School Index | The school index is one of the three components of the Education index. The school index depends on the number of elementary schools in the country and the number needed. If the number needed is equal to the number available, the school index will move gradually to 100. The education index tends to move in the direction of the lower of the three partial indexes: the school index, the high-school index and the university index. It does not make sense to increase only one of the three components because the education index will remain similar to the lowest of the three. Increasing the school index is easy: Build new schools but always make sure you have teachers. If you don't have the teachers you need, some schools will be closed.

Score | This number shows how good you are doing. It is computed by using all the indexes in the game. It is a total index of your performance. The person with the highest score, gets rank 1 and the first place. This means that the score number determines your rank in the game. Try to increase some of your indexes and your score will get much higher and with it your rank in the game. The score is not the sum of all the indexes, it is a more complex function that weighs some of the indexes heavier than others.

Sell Directly | No description available yet
Sell Strategies | Sell strategies are needed for corporations to sell their products on the market. Corporations are interested in the highest possible price for their products but they also want to be sure that the products are sold. They can make a choice of one of the available sell strategies and make a tradeoff between price and the chance of selling. One sell strategy is to offer the products at market price less a percentage or if products are in short supply, ask for several percent's above market price or use a strategy that asks for a fixed price. Another strategy trails the product quality by several percentage points which keeps the products competitive but also makes use the advantage of higher price for higher quality products.
Sellable Cargo Shuttles | No description available yet
Selling Best Price | This option will make all product offers put on the international market at market price. It means that the price is flexible and the chance to sell the product is quite good. Products will not always sell if the market has a large surplus of the product offered. When a product is sold for market price, the real price you receive will be that market price multiplied by the quality of the product you offered. If the product quality is 140, the selling price will be 1.4 times the market price.
Selling Following Product Quality Lower | This is the change percentage per game month in case the products remain unsold. If you fill in 5, the price will be decreased by 5% each game month. A negative number will cause the price to increase which does not make much sense when products remain unsold.
Selling Following Product Quality Lower AC | This is the change percentage per game month in case the products remain unsold. If you fill in 5, the price will be decreased by 5% each game month. A negative number will cause the price to increase which does not make much sense when products remain unsold. This setting will apply to corporations.
Selling Following Product Quality Start AC | This is the trailing percentage for the products offering. Example: If the product quality is 150, and you fill in -10, the offer price will be 140 and it will follow the quality changes. This setting will apply to all corporations.
Selling on Common Market Contracts | This is the quantity that is selling on the Common Market. These contracts are between corporations in the country, selling products they produce, to the common market, through contracts.
Selling on International Contracts | This is the quantity of products selling through contracts with other countries that are not part of the local or the common market. These contracts are between corporations in the country, selling products they produce, to any other country or corporation.
Selling on Local Market Contracts | This is the quantity that is selling on the Local Market. These contracts are between corporations in the country, selling products they produce, to the local market, through contracts.
Selling Time Based | This sale strategy sets the initial price you want to receive as market price plus or less a percentage you choose and the price will be changed by another percentage you choose, each month it remains unsold. Example: you can put the products for sale at market price less 2 percent and reduce the price by another 3% each month the products remain unsold. The price will be at market less 5% after one month and market less 8% after two months. The chance to sell the products will increase because they become cheaper each month. The real price you receive if the products are sold, depends as always also on the quality of the products.
Selling Time Based Following Product Quality AC | This sale strategy is designed to follow the product quality. Corporations can upgrade their production process and their products become better. Their quality is higher and they can fetch a better price on the market. This mean that you will need to increase the requested price from time to time to follow the quality or otherwise your price remains low while the products quality is increasing. Using this sale strategy, you can have you offering price follow the product quality. You can also decide to trail the product quality by a certain percentage. Example: you can decide to put your price at 10 points lower than the quality. If the product quality is 150, you will offer the products at 140. If product quality goes up to 155, you price will automatically go up to 145. This setting will apply to all corporations.
Selling Time Based Lower | This is the change percentage you can choose to change the price each game month if the products remain unsold. If you fill in 5, the price will be reduced by 5% each game month. If you fill in -5, the price will increase by 5% each game month. This will not make much sense because if the products are not selling, it does not make much sense to increase their price.
Selling Time Based Start | This is the initial price setting when you use the time based pricing. You can set the initial price higher or lower than the market price. If you fill in 5, the initial price will be market price plus 5%. If you fill in -4, the initial price will be market price less 4%.

Situation on the World Market | This table shows the current situation on the world market. It shows all the products that are produced in the world and the last price that was paid for each of the products. The table also shows how much product was offered on the market and how much product is requested. The difference is the surplus of product (shown in green) or in some cases the shortage (shown in red). It is important to view this table and understand what products are available in large quantities and which ones are in short supply. It is likely that if there is short supply, prices will go up and if a surplus is shown prices will probably go down. The situation will change with time because users who see large shortages, will build new corporations that make products that are in short supply.
Skip Corporation | Contracts and offers for this corporation will remain unchanged
Skipping Consumption Contracts | When setting up contracts for products the country needs, settings can vary from one product to another. This function allows you to skip this product and will not close any contracts for delivery of this product.

Social Security as a Percentage of Low Level Worker Salary | This is a measure for the quality of social security in the country. It shows what percentage of the low level workers salary is paid to people who receive social security. (Unemployed, retired, disabled or sick).
Social Security Budget | This is the budget for the social security system. You should try to set the budget correctly. Large differences between the budget and the real cost will result in lower budget index and will also damage other indexes. Setting the budget too high is as bad as setting it too low
Social Security Contributions | Government adds money and it is paid to all retired, unemployed and disabled people. The contribution by the population depends on their income. Higher income groups pay more.
Social Security Cost per Month | This is the total cost of social security for the current month. It depends on the number of recipients and the payment they receive. It is paid for by the workers and the government.
Social Security Cost per Year | This is the total cost of social security for the whole year. It depends on the number of recipients and the amount they receive every month.
Social Security Payments | This is the level of social security payments. The payment level is lower than the salary of a low level worker. Retired people receive this amount and in addition, they receive a contribution from their pension fund. Disabled people receive it and unemployed people too. All workers, both employed and currently unemployed, also receive some profit from the investment fund of which they share ownership.
Social Security Quality Index | This index is a measure for the quality of social security services in the country. It depends on the level of social security payments. These are shown as a percentage of the salary of low level workers. Social security payments will change if the percentage is changed or if the salary level of low level workers changes.
Social Security Target Percentage of Low Level Worker Salary | This is the target you have set yourself for the social security payments as a percentage of low level workers salaries. The target can be 60 while the current level of social security payments is at 40%. The payments can be changed by a maximum of 3% per game month. If the current level is 40% and you set the target to 60%, it will take 7 game months for the social security payments to reach that level. The changes are automatic and no manual intervention is needed. If you decide to change the target percentage down again, monthly reductions of 3% will take place and the lower target will be reached within several game months.

State | State corporations are owned by the state. They pay taxes to the government and they pay a percentage of the remaining profit to the owner which is again, the government. These corporations may be bought by an enterprise and become private corporations. There is a setting in the game to prevent such takeovers. The government can also try to make the corporations very successful and increase its market price to a very high level that may either deter a takeover or deliver a major income from the sale. National corporations cannot be taken over. State and enterprise corporations can also perform an IPO and become Public corporations.
State Companies | Many corporations are owned by the government. There are two types. National corporations are owned by the state and can not be purchased by others as they are considered to be of national interest. Sate corporations are also owned by the state but may be sold on the market to private enterprises. As president, you can change the status of corporations. There are no more than 24 national corporations.

Strategic Attack Consequences | Starting a nuclear war is considered undone but happens. It might be unavoidable under some circumstances, for example: if your country is facing destruction. Please think twice before you launch a nuclear attack and read the documentation. Nuclear weapons are expensive and take longer to produce.
strategic force | This is the nuclear part of the army. Nuclear weapons and missiles can cause massive damage and kill many people and should not be used easily. The cost is high, and their destruction power can be reduced by a strong defense.
Strategic Force Index | This is a measure for the quality of your strategic/nuclear forces. The cost of these weapons and the ammunition that is used is high. Having many such weapons may represent a major drain for your economic resources.
