This can't be true. Look at the airport market situation. The demand for airports has been steady at 4-5 airports a month, since october 2299 when it dropped sharply. The supply increased for 5 months thereafter and then flatlined in march 2300. If product doesn't just disappear there would be an increasing amount of prouduct available with each month that goes by. But clearly, those graphs show that product begins to disappear after about 5 months of being on the market. With a demand of only four or five, nobody is buying that old product, it's just gone. and it's not due to corps closing because they didn't start to decline sharply until july 2300, corresponding to the slight dip in supply that has begun.
