Just curious: how long did you have those contracts in place before you noticed this "glitch"? If you just started the contracts, here's the probable scenario:

Services is in surplus, or you are trying to sell at a very high price. You decide to create a bunch of contracts, since you have surplus product in your corp. Product offered but not sold yet only goes to the international market--you can't put that product into your reserves to sell on contract. You had a short lapse where you didn't have enough materials for the corp, thus the corp didn't produce anything. Nothing gets sold on contract. Nothing gets sold to the international market because your prices are too high for the current level of demand. Hence, no profit made, and no taxes.

Mind you, this is only an educated guess, so I could be completely off. The other possibility is that you have had those contracts in effect for a while. There may be a bug that put your production onto the international market. If your selling price is too high, you won't be able to sell your product on the international market, leaving you, again, with no profit for the month, and thus no taxes.

Without further information, I would wager it's more similar to the first scenario than the second one. Anyway, sorry if I don't sound very intelligible--tired and exhausted. Finals are almost over!
