Well, I'm not one to cower in the corner. And it is respectable of Mr.Carn to not mention me by name. Though unnecessary, it was I who screwed him. Wish I could take credit for the tactic though, most of you are probably familliar with it. I had been just dying to try it out, ever since I heard about it. It was terribly satisfying, I must say. Escpecially after all the bids I have endured.

Anyway I would like to take the moment to rant about some opinions that CEOs seem to have. As Avalon has pointed out no president wants ceos in their country. If they do, they just don't know any better. The most common argument I hear is "well you should have used the noceo tag, because I don't have time to message everyone asking for permission" and this is exactly one of Mr. Carn's arguments. I'd like to say that not only does the tag not work, during it's time of highest use, 90% of the "noceo" countries were inactive, or C3s (the name doesn't get changed when the president is evicted or deregs). Additionally, How can I be expected to make time to message him, if he can't make time message me?

I suggest that people who really want CEOs can place a ceo's welcome tag in there name. Then you could know beyond of shadow of a doubt. Of course there will still be lots of inactives and C3s tagged in such a manner, but thats okay.
