i'm just raising some ideas idea that i've never heard suggested before and i've had on my mind for a while.

when cities, towns and counties are destroyed, the infrastructure of a country ie schools, hospitals, roads, rails and water maintenance could also be destroyed. the percentage of the infrastructure which is destroyed per attack could correspond to the percentage of the population at the target.

since W3C wants to make war as expensive and destructive as it is in real life, this would be a good way to do it.

it's always strange to see a country with no urban centres left, but thousands of roads, railways and other strategic targets still intact. the infrastructure is meant to be in the urban centres. (civilian infrastructure is considered a legitimate target by the US, even water treatment facilities...infrastructure in eye-raq? what infrastructure).

and it'd be a good chance for halliburton-style conglomerates to get nice reconstruction contracts.

another thing that i'd like is since we can attack any military target in a country, we could also be allowed to target ammunition dumps (possibly housed in bases and cities). this happens in real life, and would add a good strategic aspect to war. attack limits mean strongly defended countries canot be attacked directly, so current attack doctrines involve ammo depletion. this is a logical step forwards. possibly terrorists/guerillas or special units could do this?
