Can a field be added to the "education priorities" page -- and, indeed, to the "education statistics" part of the education index page -- which indicates what percentage of eligible people are going to school?

This will make it much easier to figure out how many LLW/MLW/HLW are being produced -- an issue of frequent concern.

Also, it'll help in figuring out at what value to be setting educational priorities so as not to be training too many people for higher-level professions.

Alternatively -- and I think better -- maybe LLW/MLW/HLW could be *added* to the "educational priorities" page -- one could set the desired "monthly production" percent of these workers.

Thus the player would set what % of potential students stay at LLW stage and what % go on into the school system; of those what % stay at MLW stage and what % go on; of those, what % stay at HLW and what % go for special training, distributed according to the career priorities.

This would allow far less ham-fisted control of worker levels, and also be more realistic.

Also, demand for schools could thus be computed from the % of people coming through the system, rather than leaving the player to try to awkwardly calculate/control it the other way around.
