I just joined a Common Market, and for the most part it is very nice.

When I decide that my spiffy new Paper Hat corporation want to buy their paperclips on the Common Market, I click on Sign Contracts and I get a supply contract immediately. Me happy.

However... there is one critical item missing from this picture. Price negotiation.

It turns out that the supplier drew up the contract at a time when the price of paperclips was more than double of what it is today, and I now have agreed to pay that price forever, or until I pay a cancellation fee. Me not so happy.

It would be better if I was told "Clips-R-Us sell paperclips at 235% of the current market price. Sign contract?"

That would work for signing one or a small number of contracts. For the "manage all corporations at once" screens, an option like "Agree to all offers below 125% of market" would be nice.

A related, but much smaller, problem is unreliable suppliers. Some companies promise more than they can deliver. It would be nice if I could blacklist them and say that "I want to buy paperclips from the Common Market, but not for Clips-R-Us." But that is a minor quibble compared to the first one.
