When offering a worker exchange between two countries that the same person controls, or a contract between two parties (countries or companies) the same person controls, or moving/building a corporation into a country the player controls, put a check-box on the exchange offer that instructs the system (ONLY if checked) to automatically accept the action.
This saves a lot of time. The check box is essential, as sometimes we want to have (for example) contracts or exchanges stockpiled for future use.
