I have several corporations that are losing too much money and I've finally accepted that I'm better off closing them and opening new ones that can produce a profit (hopefully). My decision now comes down to WHEN to close these corps.

I'm curious to know that when I voluntarilly decide to close a corporation, what happens to the input materials that the corp has in stock? Do those materials get sold/returned back to the international market at their market prices? Do they get sold back to the int'l market at rock-bottom prices? Do I get no refund whatsoever for the materials?

If I get a full refund for the corp's materials in stock I'd close the corp right away. If I get no refund for the materials in stock, I'm better off hanging in several more months until roughly half of the corps' input materials have stocks of zero.

What happens to the output product that is produced in the corp's last month of operation? Do I get the chance to sell that last month of production?

Does it make any difference whether I close a corp on the 1st day of a month, the 10th day or the last day of the month?

Are any of these answers different when a corp goes bankrupt?

I'd greatly appreciate any responses.
Thanks
