>Click on "My Corporations" (left menu bar link)

(On this page, at the top, you will see a white bag with the "$E" symbol on it in red. Next to that white bag you will see text that reads, "The tax percentage for corporations in [Your Countries Name] is XX%. In addition, state companies have to pay XX% of their remaining profit to the government."
The first percent is the CEO tax rate.
Below that line of text you will see more text that reads, "As president of this country you can {change these tax percentages}."
[{}=green text link])

>Click on "change these tax percentages"

(This is a fooling line of text because when you get to the following page from that link you are expecting to see a plural of percentages for you to change because the line of text reads, "change *THESE* tax percentages" rather vaguely umbrella-ing both the Corporate [aka:CEO] tax rate and the state company [aka:your countries corporations] tax rate. Well, instead of both of them you only end up seeing the Corporat tax rate [CEO tax rate]. Your state corporation tax rate is elsewhere[which is really stupid and faulty designing]. In fact, the corporate percentage that they are showing you here isn't even a tax rate at all. It's the Profit Share Rate.[to make things more left field.] Really, all three elements should be on this page and editable from here instead of scattered all over the place as they are.)

>Change tax rate in text box to desired percent

>Click "Change Taxes" button below.

That's it.
