This really confused me too. The supply needs percent doesn't monitor quantity of products, it measures the price being paid vs. market price.

Me three.

Further, knowing what percentage of market price isn't very useful -- obviously that will fluctuate with the market and, frankly, I don't care from month-to-month about a few percent here or there.

What is far more important is what *percent* of *demand* my country is buying (at whatever price); that's what I need to know for adjusting my contracts.

I wish the "monthly use" column would remove $E and be put in unit prices and have the "in consumption contracts" likewise be units. the % column could be kept as "% market price paid" -- i.e. the price of the contracts for the given quantity divided by the current price of that quantity on the world market. That's the only one of the 3 columns where the actual price paid is at all interesting or helpful anyway.
