My country is falling into a trend of a lack of medium skill workers, I have not changed the number of corporations, increased my military, raised or lowered taxation, changed Social Security, built infrastructure, nor have I made any significant changes that would effect the output of new workers.
I have twice the needed schools and hospitals, birth rates are soaring so it seems to me that the overload of schools is the culprit. Would lowering my education priorities solve this problem? I am currently slightly below my demand for medium level workers, when only a week ago I had a surplus of over 50,000. Any ideas on how to fix this?
