As it is his right to decide what to do with his country, it is my right to decide not to be a part of that. It is my right to further decide that it is not worth having someone vacillate repeatedly between being pro-CEO to being anti-CEO to being quasi-CEO. Any decent enterprise needs stability. In this thread alone Slocketer has changed his country's direction and his position towards CEO's multiple times. This wavering mentality says to me "Why bother putting my time into making you profitable if you're not going to return the favour?"

As a community, thereby, it is also our right to decide that Slocketer is not someone we wish to associate with. Who said anything about a boycott other than you? This is not organized. No one is saying "Hey, don't build here, he TEETERS!" But when the community as individuals decides "Screw this guy" that's not a boycott, that's just some president doing something stupid and pissing off the community.

Most president's lifeblood is their enterprises. These enterprises are what builds and rules a country's economies. Many people are not Mistress WildEyes, who I quite readily admit is the only person I would trust to run a state corp economy and not only not fail, but shine magnificently. However, for the rest of those out there, they cannot afford to piss off the people who feed their pockets. Slocketer did this, and as such people are moving from his countries. He will have to deal with that, and if it just happens that he pissed off more than one person and it takes on the appearance of a 'boycott,' then clearly it's not such a small slight as was perceived by you or him.
