Good advice for the most part. If you look in TNN you will see an even more efficient method for conducting warfare. The reason you were able to send your NF to the def. airport is because inactives rarely have many Ints. If your target has a few hundred to a couple thousand, you might consider draining them before attacking defenses at the airport.

There is also a flaw in what you wrote. You wouldn't have noticed it, though, since most of your conquests were done within a game month. Since the war index calculations changed recently (about a month or so ago--check the game news), destroying all corps will not lead to a possible increase in war index. Prior to the change, WI depended on the Business and Trade Index (B&TI). Now that dependency is just the number of corps in the country and how much damage they have. In other words, if there are 10 corps remaining that are 50% damaged, that's going to have the same effect on the WI as if there are only 5 corps, but all undamaged.

When the WI depended on the B&TI, it took a game month for the B&TI to update, so that's where the strategy of waiting a game month comes from. IMO, it's much better to get the war done with ASAP. If you conquer the country before it updates, you can place orders for an offensive base, airport, strat base, airport, fleet command, aircraft carrier, and helicopter carrier. Often if you wait a month, the assets will be too low to make the orders. While you won't be able to get any weapons in those bases for a little while, at least you'll have the bases ready.

About the increase in WI due to killing all the corps. That was a caution when the B&TI was used to calculate WI. If all the corps were killed and one lone corp appeared, the B&TI would jump to 100%. If there were 10 corps damaged to 90% and one lone corp appeared, the B&TI would be about 11-12%. Since B&TI isn't used anymore, no need to worry about killing all the corps :O

Anyway, this is one vet saying well done, Blue Falcon. Nice compilation, and nice job at conquering 5 slaves in such short time.
