clifford, thats not true. All of them launched to defend it. The defense fires first. Most (but not quite all) of the navy fighters were killed before they could fire. The few that were left were able to kill some of your interceptors.
Again, if john had been able to launch a few more navy fighters youd have been wrecked in the short run. So the attack limit was relevant in this case, as I said (it was all that saved your sorry butt)
