Look, the entire game interface has always been very poor. It takes way to many page loads in order to acomplish the simplest of tasks. The information that you need is never on the page you are viewing, but rather a few clicks away. I think that this is the main reason that SimCountry has not achived the popularity/success it deserves (coupled with the indigent documentation). I don't even know where to begin really, but they could start by removing the frames - get rid of the left toolbar or the top toolbar - there is too much redudacy between the two. The W3C crew is obvioulsy a talented group of engineers, the interface/documentation looks like it was designed/written by a group of enginners, which is in essence the problem. They need to bring someone on board with some HCI experice to completely overhaul the entire interface, read up on it themselvels, or check out the Etrade user interface and rip it off!
