I play a CEO.... Nope no country to my name.... yes I'm somewhat inexperienced, although before reset my enterprise on KB was over 30T... I only reference that to indicate I'm not a complete idiot. Anyway, my personal experience is that bidding on or building in a country of a pres that has logged on in the last 30 days or so, is a gamble at best, the two most important things to a successful corp are low taxes and workers, and the stability of said items.... pres's have a tendancy to make VERY unstable tax code, and they have the ability to open corps when there's not enough workers, so a country with an active pres is a complete nono from a purely financial perspective anyway imo. There is however one exception.... when I stumble across some dumbass that's left 400B cash in a 30B corp.... how am I not gonna pass that up. Anyway, to be honest with you I think the only time you have CEO's bidding on the corps of active pres's, is when it's your rival messin with ya(?), or some total noob.... if they increased the number of corps you have to have in order to bid in an active country to 10, and improved the "search for a country" search function, I think you would have VERY few ceo's who bid on your corps.
