sorry, I can't see your corp, but I'm going to make a couple of assumptions, as I've had this scenario - almost to a "T" - played out in my corps;
assumptions, and explanations:
a) you've just made an IPO for the corp in question, resulting in a large infusion of cash; that's why you have the 5B profit payments, with IPO'ed corps, you cannot touch their cash direct, so when the cash gets past a certain point, it goes back to the shareholders, split by share counts.
b) the yearly gross profit of 12B could be easily wiped out if you manually / automatically bought supplies for your corporation. that's why it would show as: 12B gross, -12B net. Shouldn't matter, if your corp has a good enough float.
c) check your market, if the price of the commodity crashed recently, that would negatively affect your corporation's value, as you're not making as much profit.

Any of that make sense? If not, msg me direct, but I'm pretty sure that it's not a glitch. One of my corps just lost 20B net worth, after making 40B profit in 3 quarters. It takes a while for the game to update your appraised market value, too. So, it could be that, as well.
