"if you've IPO'ed your corp then you've already had a bonus for share sales, no? so divi going to other holders is payback time."

Yup, in a sense. The thing is you IPO/PO to put cash/liquidity into the corp, and it would be nice that it stayed there, and dividents paid out via the profit transfer. I understand if a corp has 300B in cash, and it giving out *bonuses* back to shareholders, but, say you have a corp that makes 2 items over the year. From those two sales, it'll overshoot the 100B mark, and divi's coming out will drop it low. Then, it has to survive the other 10 months, with low cash, or take out loans. Too much hassle. With privates, you can flood them with cash. Public's liquidity is very, very difficult to control since it's done by arm's length.

"And you know how to do the math for if its worth it, maybe profit transfer shouldn't be zero either?"

Profit transfer, I set to non-zero values in public corps, only after they have 40B in cash, and no loans.

"profit transfer comes before arbitrary game cash transfer doesn't it?"
Hmm... that I am not quite sure about. Only info is what you get from the "receipts" so it doesn't show what happens first, and second. :(
It should, in my view. But, I'm only a player.
