Dvd, No problem with getting deliveries at 100 quality. But check your world trade monthly if possible. If a product hasn't been delivered a month after it was ordered it's probably better to just go ahead and change the order to an immediate to avoid shortages and an annoying newspaper article telling you your people are b**ching about shortages.

On a side note related to this, if you ever manually enter an order, do NOT cancel it. The money has already been spent and you won't get it back. Learned this the hard way when I bought a military booster to pump up my main's forces, put in an order for 10,000 anti aircraft missiles for immediate delivery. Got the message saying "sorry punk, there ain't enough to go around, your order has been placed in your purchase orders". So I figured what the heck, I'll just cancel it and buy something else. Imagine the cussing when I tried to order something different and I was almost out of spending space! So once you place the order for your country don't cancel it. Corps don't actually spend the cash until the product is delivered, so if you ever do manual supply ordering for your corps, it's okay to cancel something that is on "back order". You won't lose cash.

Dvd, for your country I don't think it matters much about your buy strategy. Someone can correct me if I'm not clear on that. But for your corps NEVER use best price for either buying or selling. The game tends to place those orders at the bottom of the heap when it does transactions, and you will run into hard times selling your product or buying supplies.
