On the subject of Ameches alleged misconduct and misuse of personal information, in my opinion(and I am more than positive that judges, lawyers, and law enforcement officials will agree) it doesn't matter how you got the information, the real violation occurs with your actions after gaining access to that information. And again for the last time I emphasized the "IF YOU DID" part. Even though you admitted your guilt yourself and anyone who can read has already seen. Your reasoning for doing it is however, NOT a viable excuse. You having a business doesn't give you the right to misuse any information you may get publicly or privately. A police officer can't shoot someone just because he's a cop and licensed to use a firearm simply because he/she doesn't like an individual. And the same principle applies to you. Because you in fact are NOBODY, and not above the law or personal scrutiny by any means
