Can we find a game-relevant kernel to this thread? Is there some way that the game could be made to model the successes and failures of privatization? What would it look like to have private schools and universities in SC? Would they be tax-exempted? There was a suggestion elsewhere in the forum to model the inputs of schools and have them collapse if they ran out of textbooks. That approach would be consistent with modeling schools as "corporations," some state- and some private-controlled. How would the game model demand for private vs. public health care?
