I actually have one comment only about the assets index (departments-->all indexes) There is one problem with this index.
First of all, countries that don't have state corporations will obviously have lower asset values.
Second, Military assets don't count towards this index.
Third, you cannot keep more than 20T in cash to boost assets
Fourth, it is impossible to give out large amounts of money in loans w/o incurring the dreaded financial aid payment.

So basically, it is impossible to achieve a high score in this category. Especially if you dont have state corps. I have a country with 80T in assets that only has an asset score of 80! (No state corps)
I also have a country with 140T in army assets that only has an asset index of 60!
While this isn't really a big thing, it is definitely something to be fixed.

My only other question is why ranking awards keep going down and down. WC3 keeps on stating how new players are constantly joining the game and the number of gamers are continuously growing. However, they have also stated that the number of rank awards and the #of gc in each award would increase as the # of gamers increases.
So why do both of these things keep decreasing. At this point in time only the top 9 players in LU get awards, #1 with an award of 150. I remember when i first joined that the top 15 got awards, with the #1 getting something like 200-250 gc (my memory is a bit hazy). So what happened?!?
