W3C implemented a solution that means that whenever I trade for workers, a CEO had better come snap them up right now before the auto-support determines that an extra 120K MLW floating around in a 50+M pop country is "excess."

The system W3C implemented does not save me time at all. Instead of a simple matter of tweaking the priorities to the ratio of workers that I know (or can figure out damn easily by looking at the 'change professionals' page), and letting the game adjust to the changes I make after a while, I log in, usually at least once a day, and spend at least a half an hour filling out professional exchange forms, dumping my professionals on countries that DO happen to have LLW and MLW available.

These support functions save me time! Hah! If W3C would just implement the damn poll as proposed, I could just set my priorities and not look at them for a real week (on LU, equivalent to two real weeks on most worlds).

Now THAT would save time.

I asked for this to be addressed in the IRC chat. Your explanation thus far has been insufficient for me to withdraw that request.

Edit: I would also point out that it's damn rare for me to see 200K surplus professionals of ANYTHING.
