I will not be around for the chat with Jozi. I think the number one thing that annoys me about this game and makes me not want to get on it is the usability not blogs, warfare, or what not.

What I mean is that it takes far to many clicks to achieve any one task. Examples:
Sorting by corp name or product is not sufficient. Sorting by location, profitability, and percent hiring would be very helpful.
It should be possible to IPO multiple corps at a time.
Ammo ordering is extremely time intensive to build a decent stockpile. Target amounts could be set to allow for purchasing ammo during game months that you cannot be there for.
When searching for a country to build a corp in, there should be an option to choose between C3s, countries with presidents, and a target tax rate.
When setting up relief supplies, if you have to order more of an item then after ordering it takes you back to the main disaster page and not the plan to recover from the incident page. This causes more clicks to be needed.
The navigation choices at the bottom of the page often do not allow you to return to the page you just came from. When I look at profit, cash, and debt, then select a corp, there is no button to take me back to the profit, cash, and debt page.
When a shortage occurs in a corp and I want to purchase supplies from one corp then sell them to the one that has the shortage, I have to go to a buy page, then back to the trade page, then to a sell page. The buy and sell page should be combined like the world market page.

I could go on forever and still others would be able to add to the list. In summary, make the time I spend on simcountry more productive and less tedious and I will be much happier.
