Tom you have still ignored the major concerns about other players owning corporations in particular countries.

Thier ability to have an adverse effect on that country.

I could not care less about who owns a corporation in one of my countries as long as they follow my salaries, keep employment at 100% and sell product.

My countries are set up to attract CEO's with a zero tax base however, there are very few players running CEO's that I want in my countries for the above mentioned reasons.

As far as my CEO building corps in someone elses countries as long as the tax rate is 30% (the same as a C3), and there is a constant supply of proffessionals so I CAN employ and produce at 100% I have no reason not to build there or stay there.

You bet I move my corps into my countries when I can however the priorities for moving them there are:

1. Reduced employment due to lack of proffessionals.

2. High Taxes. They are already getting money for everything I produce anything over 30% tax in this game is now usury.

If a corporation is in a 30% tax country and has enough proffessionals I cannot own enough countries to support all the corporations I have or will have.

As far as who owns the shares in one of my public corps. Once again I could not care less who owns what percentage as long as I control them.

Control is not even the major concern, I don't want someone gaining control and MOVING a corporation I've spent the time to construct.

I often IPO new shares to play of debt or increase cash and would LOVE it if investment funds where standing in line to buy then (the more the merrier IMHO) however when corps NEED cash investment funds are rarely interested so I buy with investment funds or other assets I control.

I also buy and sell shares to improve my position on a particular stock. My goals are for 10% ownership in a corp with an investment fund at a zero cash investment.

For YOU or anyone at W3 to simply step in and sell off shares in anything I own UNLESS I'm ending up with an improved position is directly against my game strategy and IMHO is no better than coming in and grabbing GC's, population or cash assets.

You keep talking about a violation of rules I know of nothing in the rules that state I cannot do what I am doing. And quite frankly if you want to make what I'm doing against the rules you've outlawed playing of the game in general.

Yes I have no CEO's allowed checked on my countries, you bet I intend to keep control of corporations in my countries I have however, given jozi MULTIPLE things you could do which would allow me to simply let CEO's and public corps run there course naturally.

Until you do this, it's quite obvious you have no idea what my game strategy is and you have no business coming in and forcing a sale of shares on anyone.
