Here is the system I use.
CEO 1 - 24.99%
CEO 2 - 24.90%
Main Country - 24.90% (Country owned stock not Investment Fund)
Investment Funds in my own slaves:
Country 2 - 4.00%
Country 3 - 4.00%
Country 4 - 4.00%
Country 5 - 4.00%
Country 6 - 4.00%
Country 7 - 4.00%
Country 8 - the leftovers.
Now granted this system requires 8 countries and 2 CEOs. Having 2 CEOs gives you a great advantage in share purchases, as CEOs have no limits on how many shares they can order, (up to 100% of the outstanding can be).
Now what you have to remember is, that you are only going to sell 75%-76% of the corp stock to your other entities. So the less transactions the faster the completion.
I won't go into the many reasons why I split up the shares so low in the Investment Funds. I will leave that to your curiosity.
But my system takes me an hour basically to do 11-12 fully public corps from IPO to completion.
