Again, you are speaking of things you don't quite understand. If you read my post a little more carefully, maybe.

And it's during the split second it takes for you to hit the enter key to execute the IPO.

You can't go from having 100% of 100m shares in one second to having 100% ownership of only 45m shares in the clicking of one button and the time it takes for the screen to reload. The max amount of transfer per share transaction is supposed to be 15% if you own more than 30% of the shares

In this statement, I have (in the english language) explained I am selling shares to my ceo. When you are selling shares during the execution of an IPO, there is a 15% limit on the max amount of shares you can sell, that is until you reach the ownership level of 30%.

You are correct that when placing manual orders for your investment fund to purchase shares, there is a 4% max limit on the purchase of shares. But that is neither here nor there because I wasn't even speaking of that. Now CEO's on the other hand have no such limits when they are manually ordering shares. All sellers of shares are effected by the 15% rule of maximum offering until they reach 30% of the market share.

Again, I do this extensively. My attempts to validate whether or not this is happening to anyone else are finished. I really don't care anymore. It's obvious that most are still fumbling in the dark when it comes to the share market. No offense meant, but it's hard to explain freak occurrences to someone who doesn't fully understand what I'm speaking about.

I will limit myself to emailing Jozi about this and forget about letting people know about the glitch and wait for the next person who is smart enough to see that something is inherently wrong with the system, to speak any more of it.
