Dear Jossi, dear hymy you disappoint me again. here is some help.
Life expectancy is not how much people live ... it's just the chance to live more in a country and less in another country according to the plans each country has. My country is planning to build a war hospital ... means that I plan a higher chance for every man I have not to die before the average 66-71 age of death. These doesn't mean that your men cannot die earlier in wars. Life expectancy is what we plan for the people and what they understand from what we planned. It's a measure of communication between the presidents and the people of their countries from both sides: from presidents to people and back from people to presidents. Other plans we make do not receive an answer from the population. The more life expectancy is the more immigrants we should have as everyone believes that here you can live longer.
