What is truly sad about this is that had W3C ever responded at all to Dub, he wouldn't have felt it necessary to take his complaint further. A simple response of "We're looking into it" would have kept this entire issue from blowing up. Instead Dub is totally ignored on several occasions, until in frustration he finally makes an official complaint -- and then instead of talking to him, W3C bans him. I guess swinging the big banstick is easier than trying to make your customers happy, but chasing away one of the most newbie friendly players out there seems pretty counterproductive to me.
