Dear Jossi Gil, with all potential Common respects, the Markets does not exist yet and I see
that you already intend to "Reduce the score advantage of common markets" (from Jossi's High Priority items list, recently gone public). [[["deja-vue" syndicates?]]]
In simcountry: "common" is the individual effort of every player to simulate an Open Market vectorisation through a geographical position (country or area of countries), "common" is not a Common Market (the common markets does not expand progressively, but their joint ventures between more common markets may expand so fast). Reducing the scores is in your hands, but what about reducing the perspectives of more interaction between players who like the economic aspects even more when these get related to cultural aspects, those on which are developed the future (probably) common markets? I would rather gradually offer a solution for mutual peace between countries with common markets and countries with no intention of this kind. A gradually developed peace making stronger the country with a better economic role. Between the maximum Peaceful status of players who chosed to play Types of simulations this way ("On high" management technics) and the minimum peaceful status of players who chosed to play Scores simulations at high scores, but begining from "Bottom" management technics. I rather see players who bid from a high social or (appropriate) cultural position on "Types of peaceful simulations" and "Categories of sociable people attacking more adventurous Bottom simulations" How to help a Peaceful player to sociabilitate an Adventure player? Gradually ...!! Between the peaceful status and the ultimate newbie there must be a protection, like a wall accessible from both sides: if the newbie will get his business trade (points) index closer to that one of the experimented player then the war becomes possible again between those two countries. Otherwise it does not make sense for the experimented player to attack the poor (economically) newbie and it does not make anyones interest that a newbie to attack a veteran of all trades and joint ventures between
players. (you may have a different position, but a different point of view only if you are from Mars! are you!!?)
