My dear Aesop, these "commandments" aren't unbreakable rules, they aren't things every player unanimously agrees with or follows and they all certainly aren't the gospel truth as one can tell the author himself says he didn't write them seriously. However for the most part they're just common sense as Elaieva said, they're to help new people understand what actions will have a greater chance of leading to them being permanently restricted to one country. The problem here is that you're new, you do not seem to fully grasp the meaning of Treasurers post or the reason behind it and yet you run it down, why should I then give you an initial level of respect. Part of #7 is not running down ideas or ways of doing things you don't understand. Almost everyone here helps new people learn if those new people prove they are worth teaching or at least don't prove they aren't. I think though that you are going to be one who is restricted to one country so hopefully you go away sooner rather than later. I won't rule out the possibility that you can be salvaged but I doubt it will happen, people like you usually quit after awhile because they feel they are being unfairly picked on. You will probly be picked on because you don't seem to want to abide by others rules. You may not force anyone to obey your rules but sometimes you must obey others unless you are strong enough(have alotta guns) to persuede them its not worth forcing the issue. Another bit of common sense is do not attract negative attention........many times the more negative attention you have attracted the more worth it it becomes to force even petty issues.
