... as we know the population contribution for education is small and compared to other categories of contributions is really insignificant. Our population contributes more for social medication and health ongoing programmes in our country. So, the explanation that education has such a great influence in the spendings of the population is not realistic. But does it has something to do with the health in the country? No, because the population prefere to spend in relation with their own suplementary requests and not in relation with their basic needs which are understood here as Public Contributions (in health systems is used to be related to their individual needs of health treatments). Between Ongoing Civilisation Changings Requiring Spendings and Basic Individual Contributions Required By Health Or Education there is a difference in our country.
The spendings of the populations are going to HOUSEHOLDS and related problems. But in some countries not all the population can afford to buy a House ... and here comes our government to sustain the sellability of the houses offered on the internal market adding the gov. costs (we cannot govern a country with population living in woods so we call these governmental interventions "costs" of the new civilisation improvement we made possible in our country ... Some of the houses are sold and some are purchased. These are the Materials sold / Materials purchased. The numbers depend on the price of a house in your country and on the revenue paid for the employed or unemployed. Ok to you?
