If you look at the death rates vs. the death rates at 100% health index, you will see that people from all age groups live much longer when you have more hospitals. Eventually, they will become retirees, but that's fine. SS should be able to handle it as long as your population is steadily growing.
This is just like in the real world, where a country whose population is growing has a larger ratio of young workers to retirees, meaning there are many workers to foot the bill for pensions. In countries like the US, where the population is aging, there is a shrinking ratio of young workers to retirees, which is why we are facing a Social Security Crisis starting in the next couple of decades.
