Jorge, you do have a point--corps that are at risk of failing should be flagged clearly. At the present, I only know of heuristic ways to determine how much risk a corp has of imploding. Some kind of implosion index could be put on a corp, and when that index reaches zero, kaput.
As far as how the corps go kaput right now, I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Making losses while in high debt is bad. In your case, it's the automation's way of telling you to build profitable corps, not keep unprofitable dinosaurs.
