Damn it, nobody really understands the famous no free lunch concept. People have lunch baught for them all the time, so there are indeed lunches that are free in terms of money. That sentence is about opportunity cost, it means you could be off doing something else instead of lunching with a bunch of stupid economists. It is more abstract than just currency exchange, which once again points to money being a resource and not some higher form of coneived existence.
