No Nazi stuff even when the player isint saying anything offensive to anyone?? Dont say "because its offensive to people".. .-. anything and everything is offense to someone. we need to be adults and just deal with it. plus everyone should have the right to speech and expression as long as they are not being violent or harassing anyone. Everyone should just focus on your OWN country and your friends and we can all have fun and find a place at simcountry for EVERYONE, including people we dont understand. As long as they are not talking to anyone in a bad way. Lets ALL get along at SimCountry theres room for EVERYONE. :)

I agree some correctness goes too far but I don't disagree with the GMs action in your case. I don't agree that "anything and everything is offensive" and, at least, you should agree that you can think of topics that are very unlikely to be offensive to anyone. People have the right to speech and expression but the GM has equal right to choose what is acceptable to the game.

Going to the step of telling others what they should focus on is interesting since the basis of your argument is on what people should have the right to do.

Im saying if people would focus more on their own country's instead of being worried about what name i make my country or what my flag looks like or what my presidential picture is. "What people should do" is worry about themselves or at least leave me alone. "In the nicest way" I dont care what flag you have. I happen to believe in God, if your flag said "I hate God" i wouldnt care, i would disagree with it, but i wouldnt care and i wouldnt say anything about it. Cant we all just have fun, let people build there own UNIQUE country as long as they dont "seek out" and harass other players...Im not being unreasonable..i dont think i am...

I would honestly pay more to have whatever flag i want and whatever symbolism i want. And im not trying to tell anyone to do anything...im trying to "ask" them to leave me alone..i wouldnt report anyone in this game..unless..they were to message me directly saying something hateful or inappropriate, in other words..you do whatever you want to your country and ill do whatever i want to mine. No problems. Do you understand what im saying?

If i didnt like another country i would try to rise above them in Rank and in power. I wouldnt report them like a coward. Especially when they have done nothing to me.

But thats just me i guess..

Thank you for your comment

I think where I disagree is where you surmise what people should do. Specifically, that their surroundings in the game should not concern them and they should keep to themselves. It is reasonable to immerse yourself into the game world and concern yourself with the surrounding content. The position of caring about elements of the game world, including other player content, is at least as strong as a right to expression. In the end, the GM is left with arbitrating a reasonable position and I believe the GM did so in this case

My country is hardly a players surroundings. And im simply saying leave me alone, im not asking players to become blind to there surroundings, your twisting my words. Im asking players to leave me alone. My flag has nothing to do with other players and is only visible when you choose to view my country. People are just looking for countrys to report just because they disagree with a name or picture. Or it "offends them" which isint hard to do these days.

The view that your country is isolated from the game does not conform to the vision of the game as outlined by the game docs. If you refer no further than item #12 in the "Rules of the Game" documentation, you will find the information under "When you start playing" encourage the new player to view their country map and the surrounding area and viewing other countries including their "cities and other objects".

Quite simply, you are not playing a single-player game. This is an online game environment where players have the right, and following docs are expected, to choose their own immersion in the game environment and events as they choose.
