so now my enterprise is at max 14T debt so i cannot do anything with it anymore, until the loans are payoff automatically in the next many months.
if i manually pay these loans off, i will be charged a 1.50% penalty for each loan so what's the benefits to pay them off early?
i need credit line so i can pay off whatever amount i want without this "stupid" 1.5% penalty fee or i can take money as much as i need and pay the interest charge on the taken out amount only.
why this game's gotta be so darn time consuming?

there are no good option with the current sc concepts
for my enterprise, most corps are profitable but
"The current debt is 14.01T SC$.
You cannot order products or build new corporations.
This can be solved:
1. You can try and sell a property you have - example: a corporation,
2. You can exchange a gold coin for cash and pay back some loans.
Make sure you generate more income and reduce cost."
with 1, if i sell corps, the debt does not go away automatically?
with 2, if i pay off any loan early then i have to pay the 1.5% penalty fee? and 1 gc won't pay off the debt at the current exchange rate of 40B per gc?

we need the loan market to include that we, as presidents or ceos, can loan money from our account to our corporations, countries, or enterprises.
i don't want to keep paying other players or the world bank the interests i should be paying to my own account.
the interest rate we can charge on our given loans to our own entities should be at our discretion or the default of 12% from players or 15% from world bank by the game parameters.
yes, i have gold coins i can exchange to SC$ to make loans to my own entities. why am i just allow to keep giving money to my entities freely without earning any money? yet i have to take loans from others, and being penalize if i payoff any loan earlier than its due date.
i have credit lines from my personal account to my business operations on earth, i want this on simcountry. i want to keep and earn on my own money
please make this an additional automatic feature to all players

we need the loan market to work better !!
it's horrible for me to have trillions of dollars sitting around not earning anything, while some of my entities are automatically given loans in billions of dollars by game parameters.
players need to be able to control the destiny of their entities (country, enterprise, corp) so this game can be more realistic and active

if the corporation that your loan has been given to is closed, do you get pay back the loan from the gm?

You can offer your money as loans to others.
it works as long as the game is around.
if anyone needs loans, they will get them form you or others who make offers.
if nobody needs loans, your money will not be loaned.
Same with banks.
if nobody asks for a loan, the bank is sitting on the money.

i'm just curious since my loans went to countries/corps that have high debts already so i would like to know that i can get them back.
if you're paying back my loans regardless, then i'm okay to let others use my money that i have worked very hard to get them, so that hopefully this game will be with more active players. with me and others sitting on trillions does not improve this game, as in my own experience is that when i was out of cash i could not do anything buy wonder off to other online games, until i have cash again to play sc.
though, why can we be allowed to loan money from our account to our entities (countries, corps) and get pay the interests?
