No nuclear attacks by B2.

The resolution is accepted. The country is not able to use nuclear arms in an attack.

The Resolution was a proposal by nix001 with the following motivation:

Hi all. This President has threatened me with a Nuke War. Reason being: I had set up Years (real) ago a Remote Depot in a C3 and had forgotten it was there. This President took over the C3, what looks like a while ago, and has just realised my air base is in their country. They sent me a message to remove it, which I replied to saying I would remove it once I find out how to and I would remove the garrison out of it straight away (which I did). I received another message saying "thanks for the quick reply and would I help them try and take control of this game". When I logged on 36hrs later to try and destroy the air base I has received War Decs and threats of Nuke Warfare. I explained why I had not logged in and I was in the process of removing the air base, with which I received more War Decs and threats. Therefore I have come to the conclusion that this player is intent on Destroying the Peace&Harmony that LU currently resides in. And I ask my fellow members of the LU Security council to place a ban on the use of Nukes by this President. If a Ban is put in place I to will refrain from using my Nukes in retaliation. Peace&Hardcore..Nix001.MNA

1 president voted for the resolution and 0 presidents voted against it.

AK, nukes aren't the final solution most seem to think they are. Defend against them, and prevent your enemy from using them, if you destroy the nuke bases they cant shoot missiles at you!

Does a nuclear ban on one side of a war also ban the other side from using them?

So a Security 'council' in this game can dictate who can do certain things in the game?? Thats messed up. Also in 'real life' if one tried to ban a country from NUKES - no power on earth will actually be able to stop them. The UN can send peace keeping troops into a country - but they are harmless. I say drop the crap resolution & let the man defend his people!

I think that resolutions like that should be followed with boycotts if broken. Give the player the chance, but let him know that if he does no one will want to trade with him.
