It's came to my knology, Their are still old arrival's around but wish to still stay behind my Third shadow why Is this so, An why the madness still go on forward could it be qua live serve computer repart company 2 years ago that i have the lience plant of the repart man's little car any how, Ive moved on but certain player's in game have not moved on to 09 but still in 07 an 02 it's shame, To those that are in past an have not moved on to current date, I say let all that madness just vanish away it's already drove u insane this might be your last chance to sanity an find your self spending less time in front of computer monitor an more of skin pigment from the sun shine, Any how it's little advise i thought i would share cause Im from the human race an i do give empathy to Other's

Wow, haven't seen this as an active forum post in a while. I've actually been testing and working on every possible in and out of things since the War Engines levels release, I've (with a lot of input from my federation) nearly got new totals needed for taking C3's war level 0-7 completed.
Also the upgrades have continued to evolve the player vs. player side of fighting and from all the wars I've seen with active players, it seems the " good to have totals of things for war " that most federations have posted on their forums need an update too as most of the experienced players have higher stocks of weapons and also space center storage use.
Furthermore I'd like new players to stay. Especially since the reintroduction of free membership. Maybe soon they'll allow us to cover new, worthy players of 30 or more days active to pay with GC's or SC cash to cover their first month or so registered since they also introduced the virtual asset trading and renewal/extending of full accounts via GC (6 gc per real day) Perhaps a vet adoption of 1 player per 3 months or something as everyone has noticed the depleting totals of active, registered players.
Besides the changes to the W.E. The finance side since the original leaving guide have changed with the different approaches to finance, as well as offered new ideas for CEO players and also made CCPC, ECPC, Private corps, and State/Nationalized corporations (in my opinion) not much difference as far as income but more, the settings you use for the various setups of countries economically. Also the growth of share portfolios, profits from tax/dividends and many other small, to most unnoticeable changes to the financial side of SC as most LU players now have converted to being strictly finance.
Given most of the ideas and concepts are some what the same, just differentiate a little in amounts, etc.. updating the original takes time as most of you know how meticulous I am with explaining thoroughly.
So If possible those that have input on little changes or things that they think would be beneficial notes to add on please do post them here so I can reorganize and make it more "new user friendly" I've begun updating things I've tested/changed in game news since the original post/etc.. Also the format will be in outline form to easily find the Chapter/Section/Topic.
Thanks in advanced for all the input and ideas to make a new user friendly guide.
