New Players - Attacking a Computer Controlled Country(C3 country)
A new player with only one country (in a world), who starts a war against a C3 country, can now win the war more easily.
We have changed the winning conditions for new players when they try to take over a C3 country and it is now much easier to win the first war in any world. If the war index of the C3 country is reduced below 25 points, the war will end with victory.
