Buying weapons
A country with net cash under -3 T is prohibited from buying offensive and strategic weapons. This measure is intended to prevent suicidal country setup from accumulating large debt while buying offensive weapons. There are no limitations when buying defensive weapons except for possible overspending, resulting in debt that can accumulate and result in bankruptcy. Net cash is the cash of the country less loans taken and increased by given loans.
