Your Defense index dropped 2%, cant accept bids Status: Please read our response

Detailed Description:

I had the worst week for selling my countries. It seems if countries sit on the market for a while, the defense indexes drop 2% from the defensive ammo monthly consumption. How convenient that that?s what the new rule is when selling countries on the market. If defensive index drops 2% from date of offer, none of your bids can be accepted. My proposal is either increase it to 10% instead of the current 2%. I fully understand if the defense index drops to 10% then the bids can't be accepted, but come on now 2% ?! A few game months of monthly consumption of ammo can screw it up easy. Please vote yes if you agree it should be 10% instead of the current 2% or vote no if you like the game preventing you selling your countries .

Ammunition is not a factor in the defense index. You can purchase or consume any amount of ammunition and it does not change your defense indexes at all. Ammunition has never been a factor in the indexes only the weapons and military bases are. Military units too but then only weapons are counted.

The defense index does not fall unless there was a change before and it can take the defense index some time to find its new value.

With cheating being tried in sales of countries, it is essential that the countries that are offered for sale are not changing after the offer, that indexes remain stable, that the countries are not damaged because of recent population sales etc.

The buyer must ne sure that what he/she is buying is reliable.

The change margins should not become bigger. We understand the interest of the seller but in this case, the seller knows exactly what the situation of the country is, the buyer will discover it after the sale. The buyer must be protected.
